Burgas Airport to Primorsko, Kiten and Lozenets transfer

A private transfer from Burgas Airport to Primorsko costs 65 € for a sedan with up to 4 passengers, 90 € for a minivan with up to 6 and 100 € for a minibus with up to 8. The drive is about 50 km and takes around one hour. Kiten costs the same, Lozenets starts at 70 € and Tsarevo at 80 €. The price is fixed for the whole car, you pay nothing in advance, and we drive 24/7.

Prices from Burgas Airport to the south coast

The table shows our Burgas Airport price list for the four resorts south of Sozopol. Every price is for the whole vehicle and one way, and it already includes the driver, the fuel and the drive to the door of your hotel, guesthouse or flat.

Kiten is only a few kilometres past Primorsko, and the price is the same. Groups of more than 8 people and Mercedes E-Class or S-Class cars are on request. The trip from the coast back to Burgas Airport is priced separately and we confirm it when you book, because it is not always the same as the way there. Primorsko, Kiten, Lozenets or Tsarevo: what to expect

Primorsko

The biggest resort on this part of the coast is a small town with sandy beaches on both sides of its peninsula, many hotels and a busy promenade in the evening. Families like it because restaurants, shops and the beach are all within walking distance.

Kiten

Kiten lies just south of Primorsko and is noticeably quieter. It has two bays with shallow water, and a large part of the accommodation is in small hotels and family guesthouses. If your place is outside the centre, send us its name and we check the address before the trip.

Lozenets

Once a fishing village, Lozenets is now popular with younger travellers, surfers and people who prefer small places to big resorts. Some lanes in the old part are narrow, so the driver stops as close to your door as the street allows.

Tsarevo

Tsarevo is a real town with a harbour and a calmer pace. It suits guests who want a base for day trips into the green hills of Strandzha, and it is the furthest of the four from the airport.

The drive from Burgas Airport

Burgas Airport is in Sarafovo, north of the city. The driver goes around Burgas and then follows the road south past Chernomorets and Sozopol, through the forest near the mouth of the Ropotamo river, and into Primorsko. There is no motorway and no border on the way. Outside July and August the road is quiet; on summer Saturdays, when many hotels change guests, add some extra time.

For your flight home, send us the departure time and we suggest when to leave, with a buffer for traffic and check-in. If you would like to stop at a supermarket or a cash machine on the way, just tell the driver.

Meeting your driver at the airport

The driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name. Before the trip you receive the driver’s name and phone number, and all our drivers speak English. We follow your flight: when it lands early, the driver is already there, and when it is delayed, waiting at the airport is free and has no time limit.

When we collect you from a hotel or flat on the coast, the driver arrives at the agreed time and waits up to 15 minutes at the address.

Luggage, children and beach gear

Summer luggage takes more space than most people expect. A sedan carries four passengers, but four adults with large suitcases, a family with a pushchair, or friends with surfboards or diving kit will be more comfortable in a minivan. Tell us what you are bringing when you book and we send a car where everything fits.

• Child seats at no extra cost: infant carrier, child seat and booster. Just tell us how many children travel with you.
• Groups: up to 8 people ride together in one minibus; for bigger groups we arrange a bus or several vehicles.
• Pets: tell us about your dog or cat in the request and we confirm the details of the ride.

Flying into Sofia instead

Outside the summer there are more flights to Sofia than to Burgas. We also drive from Sofia Airport straight to the south coast. It is a long day on the road, so a fixed price per car is worth having; these prices come from our Sofia Airport price list:

Paying and booking

You pay the driver at the end of the trip. There is no prepayment and no deposit. If you need a receipt or an invoice for your company, tell us when you book.

1. Send us the date, your flight number, the address on the coast and the number of passengers and suitcases.
2. We confirm the fixed price and the details in the chat or by e-mail.
3. Your driver meets you in arrivals, and you pay at the end of the trip.

Who will drive you

True Drivers was founded in 2015 by two drivers, Pavel and David, who drove the first transfers themselves. Today we work with around 200 sedans, 50 minivans, 100 buses and 20 Mercedes S-Class and E-Class cars, and we drive along the whole Black Sea coast, to the ski resorts and to the neighbouring countries. Yes. We work 24/7 all year round, so late arrivals and early departures are no problem. Book with your flight number and the driver will be there when you land.

What happens if my flight to Burgas is delayed?

We follow your flight. If it lands late, the driver waits for you at Burgas Airport for free and with no time limit, and then drives you to the coast.

Do I have to pay in advance?
