Information regarding the Personal data protection

By this document, True Group LTD (hereinafter referred to as “True Drivers”, “Us”) provides information about your personal data that can be processed in connection with the pre-contractual relations (offers), and when renting a vehicle from our offices – for each driver of the rented vehicle.

What personal data do we process?

The personal data we may process when signing a contract includes the following:

  • Full name from the identity document;
  • Unique citizenship number, personal number or date of birth of a foreigner;
  • Passport or ID card details;
  • Driving license data;
  • Permanent address and address of residence on the territory of the country if You are a foreigner;
  • Contact details – phone number and email address;
  • GPS tracking of the rented vehicles;
  • Credit / debit card details, as well as other bank details.

For what purpose do we process Your personal data?

The processing of your data is based on the category for:

  • For performing contracts, pre-contractual relations and claims;
  • For preparing normative acts according to the Bulgarian Accountancy Act or preparing invoices;
  • For our purposes, permitted by law, as: yideo surveillance in our commercial and administrative locations, car parking, repair service, as well as to provide information to all state commissions and regulatory authorities in Bulgaria and fulfilling other normative acts.

For what purpose do we process Your personal data?

The collected personal data will be used for the purposes of performing the contract and providing the rented vehicle, in compliance with Bulgarian law.

Who do we share Your personal information with?

True Drivers attaches great importance to the protection of Your personal data. Personal data may only be disclosed to third parties to support our legal rights or to fulfill a legal obligation.

For what period do we store your personal data?

We store the collected personal information for not more than 5 years from the performance of the contract for providing the car rental service or within the specified time limits by law in order to protect our rights.

We may store your personal data until the final settlement of all financial relations as well as judicial and administrative proceedings.

Your rights regarding Your personal data

In compliance with the Bulgarian legislation, you have all rights to your personal data processed by True Drivers: access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, complaint to CPDP and others.
