How much does a VIP transfer in Bulgaria cost?
Every VIP trip is priced individually, so there is no fixed VIP price list on this page. The price depends on the route, the car (S-Class or E-Class), the date and time, and whether the driver only drops you off or waits for you. Send us the pick-up point, the destination, the date and the number of passengers, and we reply with a fixed price for the whole car – not per person. That price does not change on the day, and you pay only after the trip.

Travelling with a bigger group or a lot of luggage? We can add a minivan (up to 6) or a minibus (up to 8) from our regular fleet; prices for the most common routes are in the Sofia Airport price list.
Which cars do you use for VIP transfers?
For VIP transfers we use Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class sedans. The S-Class is our top car – for executives, official guests and anyone who wants the most space and quiet in the back seat after a long flight. The E-Class is the business choice for meetings, conferences and airport runs. Both take up to 3 passengers, so everyone sits comfortably and the luggage fits in the boot. Leather seats and climate control are standard.
Behind the VIP cars stands our regular fleet of over 200 sedans, around 50 minivans and around 100 buses and minibuses. That is why a delegation, a wedding party or a film crew can travel together in one convoy, arranged by one dispatcher and paid on one bill.
Where does the driver meet me?
At Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas or Varna airport the driver meets you in the arrivals hall. We track your flight: if it lands late, the driver waits at no extra charge and with no time limit. At a hotel, office or home address he is there on time and waits 15 minutes. He helps with the luggage and drives you straight to your destination – no stops for other passengers and no shared rides. Where can I go with a VIP transfer?
Anywhere in Bulgaria and to the neighbouring countries. Typical trips are Sofia Airport to the city centre, a hotel or a business park; Sofia to Plovdiv; the ski resorts Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo in winter; Burgas, Varna and the Black Sea resorts in summer; and across the border to Thessaloniki, Bucharest, Belgrade or Istanbul.
