Burgas to Sinemorets: down the southern coast to the Veleka
Sinemorets is about as far south as most people go on the Bulgarian coast. The village sits between two beaches near the mouth of the Veleka river, with the forests of Strandzha behind it, and it has stayed small: guest houses, a few family hotels and summer houses. From Burgas it is about 85 km, roughly 1 h 30 min by car.

Public transport south of Ahtopol is limited, and with a backpack, a tent or a family's luggage the last part is the hard one.
