We needed a transfer from Sofia Airport to Stara Zagora recently. Upon arrival I have received a Viber message with importnat details. Later Andre, the driver has sent me anothe message that he is at the airport, and we could just ping him when we are done with checking and he will come to the arrival hall to meet us. Andre has took us to the destinatioin safe, managing all traffic situation professionaly, so our travel was very pleasant. We had some issues with invoice, my mail did not make it visible, so we had a conversation via Viber, and no matter when I have sent a message or a question, I have alyways received a prompt reply. Finally we have solved this issue also. Whenever we will be in Bulgaria again and will need a transport, I will contact Truedrivers. Btw who could change their name to Prodrivers 😉
